I created new role called “IT Employee” and I assigned this role to one of the users, but when i open this user, I couldn’t see anything as showed in the screenshot
Can you show the ss of
Modules allowed to the user of the role?
make sure minimum One DocType assign permission for this Role.

Only Buying module is allowed for the user as shown in the following screenshot
Give the permission of the modules to the used according to their needs and you can also create a shortcut of the modules.
