I have added four new data fields in delivery note document. Now I want to show the data in these field in a table with custom heading in print format of delivery note. Please help me how to proceed further.

Have you tried making a custom print format ?
You can create a new section there, and drag and drop fields to make your desired format.
Yes I have tried that, but it gives only data labels and value, but not in
a table/grid form.
Only child table can be shown in table/grid format.
But, you can show four fields in a column format.
I want this form in print format of delivery note
