New user page missing or moved

Hi
Whene I creat New user he can’t log in
IT give message below:
Page missing or moved

  1. what roles you have given to new user?
  2. what is user type? system or web
  3. what URL appears after successful login?

I just send thz invitation in order creat their session.
At that stage I don’t creat any rôle to the New user, should I do.
