Newsletter email limit

Hi is there imposed restriction to 500 email per month ? When we are trying to send email to our newsletter list of around 2000 we are getting

Cannot send this email. You have crossed the sending limit of 500 emails for this month.

By the way we are using our own SMTP server for sending email. Previously this was not happening. Frappe version 26.6 Erpenxt 27.11

We figured that if mail settings are configure from site_config.json It imposes a 500 email per month restriction, And if you manually insert smtp details from Setup there is no restriction.
