Newsletter sent or not?

how can we track if the newsletter recipients have all got their emails? It is the new year’s greeting season so the newsletter we have edited must be sent to some Email Group Lists.

The mails are sent through an existing e-mail account. There is only the test e-mail sent and only one e-mail for one of the recipients.

It is very important to know if all are sent. If not, where is the problem. How can we restart the process?
