I installed the latest version but there are no accounts shown in the
accounts tree. They are in the database, though and everything else
seems to work. What do I need to do to get the accounts to show?

I was able to see the accounts tree a few hours back and now they are not visible. Here is a simple database showing the error is attached.
rename before use please ;)
