No call popup for Incoming Calls Exotel

Hello,

I’ve connected with an Exotel service. Followed the steps for integration.
In the case of Incoming calls, the call logs are also getting created.

But I’m not getting the popup of the call.

Kindly help me through this.

Hy, this is quite urgent. Any solution?

Also, how can I make the Outbound calls?
I see the callback button, but on click, it gives the following error -
Uncaught TypeError: frappe.phone_call.handler is not a function
