Every time I did a payment I could download the PDF invoice but for my last payment there’s no download button and almost two weeks have passed since I made the payment. Why is this? How do I get my invoice?

Tried that before but the ticket didn’t submitted. Thought that it was my plan but now I can do it Thank you. Just reported there.
I can download the invoice now. Thank you.
