No image display in small avatar field (ListView)

Why no image display in small avatar field ?

Somebody can explain me ?

@CTBG_Pole_Digital,

Avatar will show up once you assign that document to some user.

I have a similar problem. I have set the picture in User settings:





and as you can see it shows in the small field too:





But in list view I see the following:

Ideas?
