No of users in current subscription

i want pay for erpnext but i want the number of users to be 1 in the erpnext account. please how can i downgrade it

Go to the upgrade page from your Usage Info page

From the Upgrade page you can remove users to downgrade:

Hey @ebeneebz if it’s regarding the cloud plans, you can send an email to support@erpnext.com and they’ll help you with any problems, perhaps even downgrade for you after your confirmation.
