No Opportunity created for incoming mail

If we set to create a opportunity for a incoming mail, it does not get created.
It works fine when we set it to communication. It shows up.

There is no error in the schedule log. On the email server I can see erpnext login in.

Any ideas where to start trouble shooting?

The fiscal year was set to 2016-2017. 2016 hasn’t started yet so that caused an error while creating it manually. I added a new fiscal year and it resolved the problem :smile:

@JP_Guva yeah, that reminds me we need to remove Fiscal Year from the documents!
