No option to add a new value in the dropdown of a link field in crm app

Hi all,
In the dropdown of a link fieldtype there is no option to add a new value in the crm app.
Is there any way to enable this feature ?

Make Sure that User from which you are Logged in have Create Permission for the DocType which is Link through this Link field.
