No update accounts in company post chart of account import

Hi every body.

we have a ERPNext v14.

we have a problem.
we did the import of chart of account of we region succesfuly.

we chart of account is very different to default in to erpnext.

when go to config of accounts in to form company don’t appear the accounts of chart of accounts imported

example

  • Default Inventory Account
  • The default account payable payroll

when we wish config a field, don’t appear the list accounts for select some value

some body know how solution it ?

This is probably because you didn’t properly specify the account type for the various accounts in your new chart of accounts.

Most of the account link fields are filtered by certain account types. If account type is not set for the account, then it won’t show in the link field.
