Non Profit Membership Application form is not working in the profile

I opened an account at erpnext foundation and tried to apply for membership. It is returning an error message after clicking the ‘save’ button: ‘Couldn’t save, please check the data you have entered’.
I also have made a demo site and got the same result for both INR & USD like the main erpnext foundation site.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member. However, we have stopped accepting Foundation Membership payments. We will be updating the website soon.

Thank you for quick response. I need technical solution to do it for a non-profit with membership options and wondering why it is not working but showing error message. Guidelines from you or anyone will be very helpful.
