Not able to access the link on the website even after the bench has started

I installed frappe and bench, created a new site and configured site in hosts then i tried to start the bench with bench start. Despite the server running, i couldn’t access the site in the browser, as it was showing that 127.0.0.1 does not exist. What could be the reason for access issues?
