Not able to create item in latest ERPNext

I had used an earlier version of ERPNext and was able to successfully create Item & BOM using the REST API now with the latest that code is not creating the Item and BOM. Did anything changed in the way we create Item & BOM in the latest version.

Can anyone please let me know or point me to the information regarding it?

I am using following version
ERPNext: v11.x.x-develop (0357fbc) (develop)
Frappe Framework: v11.x.x-develop (6acfa8a) (develop)

on item master, some fields has been moved to child table to set company wise defaults. Like Default Warehouse, Default Price List etc.

Can you share exception/error? It helps to identify actual error.
