Not able to make advance payment enrty

Hi,
I
 on latest git
and performed the following entry

  1. created customer
  2. Created JV entry
    1. voucher type cash voucher
    2. customer acocunt credited – is advance yes
    3. cash account debited – is advance yes
    4. Save
  3. Create sales invoice
    1. Debit to customer account
    2. Items added
    3. Clicked on GET ADVANCES


NOW nothing happens… no advance is fetched …


help please …

Okey… For Other new users also …

Saving the JV will not make it reflact in invoice
you have to submit it to get fetched in invoice …
