Not able to submit custom doc while adding letterhead

Hi

while I am try to submit customdoctype its showing request timeout.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out)
but when i remove image from letterhead it submits the doctype.Please anybody try to help me to fix this.
