Not Update page without re bench start

I have a doctype and also created portal pages that display that doctype data
but when i create new doc and refresh portal page then newly crearted doc is not display but if i stop bench and again do bench start then it is display

Which version? and what data you use in the portal.

version 15 and doctype data means doc object

We checked in both versions 14 and 15 but it shows properly when we submit the quotation or RFQ.
