Notification Exceptions - Dealing with 'no-reply' addresses

We use document linking to allow customers to create Support Issues via email. One of our customers sends automated notifications that come from a generic email address. When this happens, our auto-reply dutifully sends an email back to the microsoft address…which doesn’t accept inbound messages and responds with its own ‘do not send email to this address’ message. We then end up with a second Issue being automatically opened for the ‘undeliverable’ response.

Has anyone run into this? Is there a way to create exceptions somewhere within ERPNext so that certain addresses do not receive notifications?
