Notification is not coming for ToDo

I have created ToDo in Frappe Framework which is Frappe’s default doctype.
I have assigned that ToDo to user & added today’s date in due date but somehow when I logged in with that user then notification is not coming in notification icon.

Not sure if ToDo has built-in notifications, but you can always create your own system notifications using the Notification doctype.
