Notification - recepient list doesn't show all email fields

Hello,
how are the list “Receiver By Document Field” in the child table in doctype notification is managed? I like to choose there a field from Shipment DocType but I can’t find.

We like to send shipping and order status updates but only can send information to ourselves not to external customers?!

Solved by myself: add the option “Email” to the field in the doctype Shipment.
