Notifications for incoming E-Mails linked to an offer/order/

Hi,

we wan’t to receive Notifications on Incoming E-Mail responses to Offers/Orders/…

We enabled automatic linking for Incoming mails, and these works well, but:

If a customer responses to an Offer, the response is attached to the offer itself, but nobody is informed about the response.

I didn’t find any option to enable notifications. I enabled notifications for unhandled E-Mails, but that does not seem to apply to mails, linked to an existing doc.

I can not imagine, that this is the desired behavior. Has anyone an idea?

We are encountering the same problem since an upgrade from v13 to v14.

I have tried “Following” #2 (which does not seem to work correctly anyway) and set the heart/like #1. But that also does not help.

I see a chance by setting up a notification to fix this or to create a report that will monitore the needed info. Will do some more testing on this.

For now, we can set a button “Send me a copy” in E-Mail-Pop/Dialog to make sure, that our personal e-mail ID is included in the mail
