Number of invoices for the customer

how i can get total number of invoices for the customer and display it in data field

You can check Sales Register Report. You can filter it by date, customer, customer group, company

OR

if you want the total count of sales invoice from a customer you can filter in the sales invoice report view

thank you for the reply , but i dont want use reports , i have new tab break in sales invoice that include total invoice field for customer i use it for sales survey

i need… how i can get total invoice No. for the customer depend on customer id
