Offer ERPNext with custom app as service without share source code

Can i create custom app depend of ERPNext and hosted it my server and offer it for to my client able to create sites by monthly fees without share source code ?

@Abdullah_Yassin If your clients have access to the server, then they can access the source code of both ERPNext and your custom app. In terms of charging your clients, I don’t know if it’s allowed or not.

I don’t know you understand what I meant
I need to be Service provider and using my custom app + HR erpnext app

So i will offer CMMS for clients then clients pay fees only

So client they just use my service

Should i share source code with client ?
