I have much skills but, i was asking if i make the DocType Offline to use the web feature.
Or I can make a mobile application that got DB and save the data on it when ever there’s an internet connection the app will send it.
Yes, you can do all of these things. There’s nothing like that built-in to Frappe now (syncing live and offline data), but it could be built if you had the technical knowledge.
ODK/Open Rosa/Kobo Collect would be one example of a framework that could be implemented, if you so wished.
