On Click of doctype + icon in connection need to fetch custom info

Hi all,

On Click of doctype + icon in connection need to fetch custom fields value.

For Example on click of + icon of payment entry from sales invoice connection related information like sales invoice customer field mapped to party similarly i need custom fields which is in sales invoice as well as payment entry how to carry forward the value.
