On the Items page,
The Sidebar has z-index: 9999.
When user clicks Sidebar > Edit Filters, the subsequent modal has z-index: 1050 (lower than the Sidebar’s z-index: 9999).
This causes the Edit Filters modal to appear below the sidebar making it impossible to navigate the options or even the page.
Expected
The modal should appear above the Sidebar.
