One customer, multiple price lists?

Problem: for orders over a certain value, about 50% of Items have a lower price.

Ideal solution: have two price lists associated with a customer (one for orders below MOQ, one for orders above MOQ). I can choose which price list to use when creating a quotation and/or sales order.

Is this possible? If not are there any alternatives?

You can only assign one default price list to a customer… But you can select another price list on transaction. Or you may want to try Pricing Rule feature
