One leave not add in to employee leave balance

We have create one leave type i.e ‘earn leave’ and create one leave policy
include that leave type in this leave policy and assign to 12 employees but today we check in that 12 employees only 4 employee add one leave automatically in to leave balance but other 8 employes not add leave

also i have create other one leave policy and assign to 8 employees in that 8 employee only 1 employee add one leave today but other 7 employee not add leave

please suggest any solution

yes i have same did for earn leave
but out of 46 employee 6 employee add one leave automatically but for other employee not add leaves
