One to many relationships

I’m trying to create a one to many relationship in a lead. So one lead is interested in multiple products. Is there a way to customize a Lead form to accommodate this? A desired result would be a list of Items attached to every lead.

From the Lead, you should be able to use the Make button and create an Opportunity for the Lead.

That way you can have multiple opportunities for the same lead. Or Multiple Quotations.
