One update field appear on Material Request

An update field appears repeatedly on the Material Request. Without updating it, the request cannot move to the next stage: Purchase Order.

It looks like you are updating any field after submitting the request.

Alternatevely, you can click on three dots and click on reload to refresh the screen.
