That’s operator Manual. Please before answering sepnd more time to undesrtand my questions.

We prefer late asbnwer but good quality ansewer insetad of quick empty asnwer.

We need OPERATIONS&MAINTENANCE manual. By definition Operation%Maintencane manual contains topics like:

  1. Download the software
  2. Installation procedure
  3. Setup of the software
  4. stop / start services
    And this must be monkey proof.
