I was checking version 5 BoM. In version 4, in BoM, if we checked with operation check box, then we could define the material for various operations. In Version 5 this feature seems to be missing.

yeah, i noticed too … in version 5 materials are not allocated according to operations
Yeah we removed the link since there was not business logic tied to it. You can add a custom field if you need it back.
