Opportunity webform with company name

does anybody know how to create an opportunity webform that captures both customer name, company name and website?

Cant seem to add the company field to the webform. Understand that these are separate business objects and would need to be created seperately, does anybody know a way to deal with this?

You can add a custom field to Opportunity and then add it to the Web Form
