Here an organization policy files is uploaded by HR. Employee can be view and read the document like Zoho People files module. In Erp Hrms how to do that any modules available

Hi @thara
I think this could be achieved from user permissions.
Go to Role permission manager and select file doctype and choose the employee role profile then choose the wanted access (select, Read, write …etc)

You can just add permission for ESS role for employee.
