Outgoing emails are not sync

Dear Team,

Incoming and Outgoing email are not sync with Webmail.

I can able to receive an email in ERP and also able to send an email from ERP. but emails are sent from ERP are not sync with Webmail.

For outgoing, is the option “Append Emails to Sent Folder” in the Email Account document checked?

For incoming, it sounds like you might be downloading emails using POP. If your server supports it, try switching to IMAP.
