Is there any way to allow overbilling allowance with the approval of senior management . Is that if in a purchase invoice there may be some overbilling amount so it can be assign to senior management to approve it before submission. please guide me thanks

You can set the over billing allowance percentage and set a role for approval under the Accounts Setting.
