Overall direction and development @frappe?

I see a lot of projects in the frappeverse which come from the frappe core team.
It looks to me, as if the “chose your own work” mentality at frappe has led to those creative and innovative tools, which look very promising in the beginning.

So the MVPs are built for all of them, they have grown out of their babyshoes and now users want to use them.
It looks like, by the 80-20 Rule the first 20% of work are done, and 80% of functionality was reached. Now 80% of work is remaining to get these projects to a polished state!!

That leads to long issue lists and there is just not enough man/woman - power behind many of these projects.

Are there other, who have a similar feeling about this?

What can be done, to address this fundamental issue?

Be the change you want to see, maybe?

Many seem to pass though the realization of the OP.

That’s so great a self-conscientisation!

Yessssssss!

Or to put it another way:

It takes some time to get there, though. So, be patient, work hard and contribute to the common project (there are many ways, even before being proficient as specifically a frappe developer).

Enjoy the process, it so much fun to learn and build, and grow as a free collective!

And DFTBA! That’s what its all about, when all is said and being done.
