I took a backup of an existing site, restore it to a new site successfully without error.
Everything looks okay except when the Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) generated on the new site is always empty. The original existing site show correct values.
Is there something wrong?
I’ve seen this once before on a site when fiscal year didn’t get imported properly. When you look at the GL Entry docs, do they show fiscal year correctly?
I’ve checked, the Fiscal Year column on the GL report looks correct.
It’s showing the same Fiscal Year as the original site.
Is there anywhere else I should be checking?
