Pack to same warehouse

I receive stock in a warehouse where I do bundling and packaging. I wish to repack the items in the same warehouse/same bin as & when it is required or I get the time to do so.
The system does not allow stock entry type repack to same warehouse!
What approach should I take?

Maybe you can consider manufacturing instead.
