Package requirement 'frappe' is not satisfied

Hi good day!
Currently experiencing this error in my PyCharm 2016.2.1. Two options are beside this error its ‘Install requirement’ and ‘Ignore requirement’. Whether I pick Install requirement this error will occur “LookupError: You must have test.fm >= 1.0.4 installed before (GitHub - grafos-ml/frappe: Recommendations Serving Engine using python)”. What should I do?

It’s accidentally picking up the PYPI package, instead of the local frappe install. Just ignore the error.
