Page and Doctype Loading Issue - after Save new Item must Refresh to update list?

Dear All,
When I am saving the data’s in the item master the page is not loading with the data’s. when refreshing the page the data’s are loading. Without refresh it’s not loading. How to rectify this issues.

I have this exact issue ( New docs aren't showing in list until I click 'Refresh' button or F5 the page · Issue #12840 · frappe/erpnext · GitHub ) . What is the solution?
