"Page Break" in multiple pages Web Form

In a web form I insert a page break. But the view doesn’t show the “next” button. Only the “save-button” is shown. On klick it saves the first page and doesn’t go the second on.
If I activate “Allow Edit” the “next”-button is show correctly.

How can I use “page break” without “Login Required”, means for normal visitors of the website without have to login?

i have to add the samefunctionality of
page break in my web view so how can i do so
plz help…

How can i do this. I am using v12 and want to insert a page break but don’t see any option
