Page Got Stuck at Cancel

Hi All, Need the guidance on this. On the Lead Doctype, i make the doctype submitable by ticking is submitable through edit doctype. The issue is when i submit and cancel it, the page got stuck at canceled, Refer the picture.

Any guidance on this?

Have you added any custom script to the DocType?

Thanks for your reply, Yes i do have custom script in the DocType but the issue still remains after i removed it.

Try to look on addr_list as well but have no idea on it.

Did you have any variable addr_list in your custom script? Maybe try clearing cache and hard reload after that?

@shreya115 nothing addr_list var on my custom script, hard reload and clear cache also didnt work.
