Page number issue in print format

I am using the below code for page number generation but I am not getting any desire output .

{% if not no_letterhead and footer %}
{{ footer }}
{% endif %}

{{ _("Page {0} of {1}").format('', '') }}

If anybody have any solution please let me know.
