Paid amount for the invoice

Hi ERP Team,

Could you please tell me where paid amount is stored for sales invoice?

Hi,
On “Sales invoice” form, there is one checkbox “Is POS”
-if you check that option then you can see “Paid Amount” field inside “payment” section
(scroll down form)

Oh ok. But what i wanted is:
One Sales Invoice Authorized (lets say: 2000) , Make payment also done (lets say 1500).
Now from where i can see paid amount 1500 in Sales Invoice table ?

Hi,
If your sales invoice amount is 500 and you are paying 200
then it will display “Paid Amount”=200

that is fine, but i wanted to know the column name in the table for the paid amount… possible ? thanks

Hi,
column name is = paid_amount

1.Go to Customize form
2.Enter Form type=Sales Invoice
3.Fields - Paid amount,Open that row
name =paid_amount
