I have a doubt, While creating a Work order the job card will automatically gets created. Now, on the job card i have completed 20 out 100 qty of stock.

What to do in this kind of scenario. i need to create stock entries for partially completed items.
Your Qty to Manufacture and Total Completed Qty should match in Work Order in order to submit WO
Yeah but my requirement is that if a qty is manufactured on job card how to create stock entry for that much qty alone
You can go to stock entry module then add new stock entry then select purpose material transfer for manufacture and add Work Order No in that for Stores to WIP entry
(but make sure BOM you are attaching in Work Order should have selected material transfer aganist Job Card)
Also after that add final stock entry as purpose manfacutre from WIP to Finish Goods
After selecting Manufacture stock entry type it is showing Job card not submitted so Stock entry cannot be created
