Which way to specify pattern of business ownership for each customer, account, supplier, etc…? Looking for a way to be able to generate a report sorted by patterns.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by “pattern of business ownership”? Do you want to classify the customer / supplier as Individual / Company / Partnership?

The most common ways to organize a business:
 Sole Proprietorship
 Partnership
 Limited partnership
 Limited Liability Company (LLC)
 Corporation (for-profit)
 Nonprofit Corporation (not-for-profit)

Hi, we have “Customer Group” option in ERPNext. You can easily create new Customer Groups and select them while creating Customer.
