Payment entry - missing fields after latest update


after latest update section PAYMENT FROM / TO is missing when i try to create new payment. I try to update again, in customize reset to default, but nothing.

I updated also on another server. Same issue.

From and to fields appear if Payment Type is Internal Transfer. For Receive you will only need Account Paid to.

Before this update everything was working fine. This morning i found a solution.
When open new payment entry there is no option for party name like i show you example in picture above.
When i change Payment type from receive to internal payment, and bring it back to receive, party menu is now visible. This will be temporary solution, but you should fix this. Thanks @KanchanChauhan. .
